Why hasn't the SEC shut them down? They should have received a Wells Notice a long time ago. He made a statement months ago that he had to start selling tons of shares or he would go broke and be out of business,

Well, he is no longer in the marijuana business, and from what I can see, is in no real business at all. Now, if you put his statement above regarding selling tons of shares or he would go broke and out of business, and put it together with the fact that he really doesn't have any business at all, and even a blind man could see that he is selling billions, 10's of billions of shares to line his pocket, so he won't 'go broke and out of business.'

SEC: Is it that hard to figure out? LOL.
