Otherwise - yet another example of much ado about almost nothing,....

And fact is,.... depending on your time-scale to getting Flucide into Phase I/II testing - what the Dr. said is actually not bad investment advice - and doesn't actually violate any SEC rules - as no insider information is given, and there is no evidence that insiders were trading at that point and making some illicit personal profit.

For example - When TOX is completed, chances are that the stock here will go back over that 'magic' $5.70 share value that's being harped upon and that investment will be positive again.

Hold that same stock until after Phase I/II on Flucide is completed - chances are it goes up again - further making the initial investment a better and better one.

And - once Flucide is into production and a moneymaker,.... it just looks better and better.

Much,.... ado,.... about nothing.
