You have your version & views, and I continue to disagree with you about the cash in regards to S-3 filed earlier & which is 'in effect' obviously (if you watch the price action, etc.).
But at a minimum, I think it is due for a technical bounce by early Sept, which has nothing to do with fundamentals generally
