Honestly said: PLPL is not worse than all the other penny gambles:
exxagerated promises in the first quarter
wonderful news releases about progress in the second quarter
stalling tactics in the third quarter
excuses in the last quarter
silence at the end.

We still have a chance: PLPL is - IMO - still in the third quarter.
