It depends. If there is as much oil there as some people are saying, and it is high quality, Who's to say they don't offer over a Billion to buy the land. They'd make more than a Billion mining it, so that would pay back their investment, and if they sold, they wouldn't have to deal with All of the mining regulations and all that stuff that these bigger companies are already accustomed too.IMO
