MM's/Broker's have an obligation to create and make a market. That is why you see those single digits at time, and the 10k lots sizes are being executed from Broker to Broker at the nearest bid price like a hot potato to keep a consistency and fair value. Those 10k bid and asks going through is standard in the micro "OTC market".
