Funny thing about Cox/HandyAir- He is the one that held the AC license, https://www.myfloridalicense.com/LicenseDetail.asp?SID=&id=9AC2742CFDD3867E1CF761E0306FF7B2 and this is where the "Holliday" name comes in-
YET, Cox didn't even use HIS OWN license on the installs after Kritsky left. Kritsky's license (general contractor) isn't good enough to cover AC anyway. Cox would have had to use his own, and he didn't!!
So, it's pretty clear that Cox's failure to pull permits for AC jobs was to intentionally harm RenuEn
If anyone should be taking the heat over this, it shouldn't be Nemes. It should be Marc Cox. He's the one that put everyone in jeopardy.
They can spin it however they want to. Kritsky pulled his license. SDI was brought on board. Cox continued to either not pull permits, or to use Kritsky's license, and then sabotage jobs, so they could sink RENU and try to take over.
And even THAT doesn't make sense..... who wants to hire someone with a history of shoddy and incomplete work?
