I don't want any information until he can give us all of it over the period of a series of PR statements to keep the stock moving up. If he only said the merger was complete but is not ready to follow up further because of possible asset sales or mergers or what ever then he has to wait to say anything, IMO. Some will say "he has 4 days to disclose the merger after it is signed", yes, BUT they don't have to sign the papers until they are ready to go, IMO.
I didn't buy ACLP to get a three or four bagger, which is all we would maybe get if he only gave us "merger complete" and no follow up PR for a month, IMO. You flippers would be happy but then you have to go find another winner, we may have a real winner here, IMO, I will sit patiently.
I will be patient until October 15th, which sounds like the last date for extensions to file EOY with the SEC. OR if he does the RS with no news and starts dumping and screws us all, then I would say call the SEC. But until then, you are shaking some of the weak hands out, look at ETRF, they have over 5 times that VFIN has for sale. You all been bitch'n about all the 0001's offered, your posts just add more, IMHO. It looks like three or four of you need to get back on your meds.
