Whether you are Looking to Buy for the first time and establish an Initial Position, Or Accumulate and ADD Shares because you know the phase of Revenue Growth we are just NOW entering ( And I DO Mean We are at Possibly and Potentially The BEST TIME Beginning of the Beginning to Buy SVFC For INVESTORS), EVERYONE With Common Sense ( Which My dad Used to say is sometimes Quite UNCOMMON :) )would Agree that Its GREAT To BUY at LOWER Prices
Well Everyone Knows that and so let me explain myself further by saying that my Point is We Buy or NOT Or Sell Or NOT Based On Potential Expectancies, Guidance, Due Diligence already Done. The Market WILL At One point or Another Price in EXPECTATIONS As Efficiently as it Can.
Now we find that in the Penny Stock Arena, sometimes there are Inefficiencies Caused Due to the "Class" Of Traders/Investors and other reasons I am not able to express in a Forum such as this:):)
So What Am I expecting?
I expect that the Market Valuations will RISE Due to
1) My expectation that the Second Revenue Generating Center with an Established, HUGE Targeted Platform, Credible, VISIBLE Center with the Dr. Andrews Institute will OPEN So to say and Start what will be a Compelling and Rising Revenue Scenario in terms of the Number of Procedures done per day and then Week and then Per month Compounding over the Quarter by Quarter following the Opening of the new center being Built and Near COMPLETION.
2) MY expectation that the NYC facility Revenues are Going to Continue to RISE Quarter by Quarter as they Increase Activity and Establish Efficiencies of the Daily Modus Operandi that begun in Q 1.
3) I Believe that the IND Pre-Filing will get a GREEN LIGHT and The First ever IND will get started with a Bang Under the Leadership of Dr. Andrews Working In conjunction with the INVENTIV HEALTH , CRO, and not to mention that Strategically, The President Of INVENTIV HEALTH has brought On to the BOD very recently RIGHT BEFORE the beginning of the Clinical Trial , exactly the area in which Raymond Hill INVENTIV President is Known to EXCEL and Lead and GUIDE the Potential Drug from the Bedroom to the Block :):)
4) I expect that The Newly Appointed National Sales Director will start to CREATE ACTIVITY and ADD to the Potential PIPELINE of New Forthcoming Centers to Give LIFE to the Stated Vision of Having MINI Intellicell Franchise Like Centers Opened up Nationwide In Hospitals and Ambulatory Centers.
5) I expect Dr. Victor to announce a THIRD center and most likely I would surmise that there are Ongoing Talks with Potential Facilities. Its Bound to Happen. Its Coming. TIMING we cant tell yet, BUT IT IS COMING:):)
6) I expect that the NYC Supreme Court will most likely order the case closed in line with the Proposed Order by Intellicell as per the fact that Intellicell Completely and FULLY Complied with the Court Order and the Instructions of the Court.
7) I expect Intellicell to roll out a Professional Public Awareness Campaign at some point soon. This is not a Public Buying HYPE Campaign But I believe the company wants the Professional Awareness and Targeted Strategic Awareness as Evidenced by the Recent Article in the Sports Illustrated Magazine.
8) I Believe that the company is well aware of the Positive expected Doors that could potentially OPEN for them to restructure for the Envisioned GROWTH as per their Stated Vision to Grow nationwide, Once the Toxic Debt can be Eliminated and Cleaned up from the Books of Business. One way or another this will get done, and when it does Intellicell will RISE up to Much Higher Valuations.
9) I fully Believe that the Company is seriously thinking of a second if not Third IND after the IND for Osteoarthritis gets started in the area of ALS and/or Autism and these IND's take Talent and Resources and It tells me the Company has thought this out in terms of who the Partners will potentially be and the parts they will play. Again, Look at the Recent addition of Ray Hill, Preseident of INVENTIV HEALTH to the BOD
10) I Feel that the recent Announcements of The Interim CFO means a permanent CFO is coming and the reason for this Move on the company's part was to prepare for the growth they are expecting from additional centers nationwide. The Interim CFO is experienced as per the recent PR in Locating the Appropriate Talent in Getting the CFO for this Amazing Biotech Company at the Very Strategic Point of Growth and Expansion.
I Feel that the PPS is not yet reflecting the Confidence that will soon Manifest and Materialize in the recent announcement of the National Sales Director who is Experienced in recruiting small armies of Targeted Sales People, and In this case, Sales People who are Talented and ALREADY in the Arena of Visiting Doctors, Groups of Doctors, Hospitals, and Surgical Centers all of whom may have a potential Interest in opening up a Mini Intellicell Franchise once they are educated.
The Start Up package for these Mini Franchise Like Intellicell Centers will have a Nice , I believe, SIX FIGURE Start Up Cost ( to Franchisee), REVENUE TO INTELLICELL and at High Gross profit Margins In My opinion.
In Light of what I have just shared based on just my personal Opinions and expectations, I would say Intellicell is a Strong BUY, ACCUMULATE, and HOLD For INVESTORS with a High Risk Tolerance Offering the Potential of MULTIPLES of 100% in REWARDS:):)
