I've been watching BTZO for a while. They announced financing with "Factor Fund" earlier this month in some 8k's. They just put a 13-g statement out yesterday stating FF owned 82 million shares, 9.2% of the outstanding shares (as of 8/15).

Over the past week big blocks of shares have been sold at .0005. Blocks of 10 and 20 million shares.

FF got their shares for .0001. Does this indicate that FF is dumping their shares? And does that mean there may not be a pump up in price? Could they be selling to another institution who will pump up the stock? Or are people just dumping?

I know you don't know the specifics of what is going on but could you just give me an idea of the mechanics of how all this works in general. Sometimes I'm fuzzy on the details. Thanks.
