Would you come out and publicly refute anything if your lawyers were telling you to be quiet because the violators are still producing more evidence on a regular basis??? I would suggest listening to Derek Peterson's interview. It's crazy how many of your questions were answered by the man himself in 90 minutes.

Just to save some time for you, one if the Clark county commissioners is willing to testify on TRTC's behalf that she withdrew her vote for the dispensary permit based on the information that was sent to her. She would have been the 3rd and final vote needed for TRTC's approval and in the next meeting the public expressed their outrage that TRTC was not given a dispensary permit.
The Clark county commissioner's counsel has also turned over all of those documents to TRTC's counsel. A civil suit is expected to be filed in the next 60 days.

It sure sounds like TRTC not only has LPR, but also his Canadian hedge fund buddies that he so proudly talks about.
