Well, let's not exaggerate that. SK has been quite spot on the last years, possibly not in the beginning.

I will not hold bumps in the road, such as the dose switching, and the delays it caused against SK. We were going to have a commercial product in 2012, well without the dose switching we might have because our PII results as we now know were excellent and stat sig and could have resulted in another type of PIII bringing PPHM close to commercial production.

That SK hasn't a glass sphere and should not to be able to predict such things on the spot is also true. So mid 2012 or 2013 would have been sufficiently close as no one has grip on 'eventing' of patients.

SO yes, in general SK was quite close with dates he gave in the last years, but again your "spot on" may be an exaggeration :)

Furthermore don't confound his hopes and expectations with factual announcements.
