He doesn't want the S1! That is just another card in his game of Three Card Monte!
He wants and welcomes being delisted! He doesn't want to be required to file on a regular basis!
There are no operations to speak of, just leases that he bounces PR's off of in order to entice gullible investors!
AND please spare everyone the mention of the pathetic 15bod from Texas! 26 years in business and only 15bod? That alone should wake you up to the facts!
