In my opinion one can always turn a negative into a positive. Signs of "weakness and helplessness" can be turned around very quickly with positive action that moves a Project, or Company, ahead. Entering the "Lions Den" is not a bad thing if you have a Plan of Action to deal with the Lion.

The problem in this case is that there is no historical reason, or any other reason, to believe that they (Scott Keevil?!) have the ability to deal with the Lion.

Even over the past couple of months with the pressure squarely on them they have been unable, or unwilling, to address the Business issues at hand.

Is a Meeting going to occur? If there is such a Meeting will it bring about any positive results?

In my opinion if the Company has any expectation in securing funding they need to drastically alter the way they conduct business.
