I actually picked up the phone and called CEO of record
at PH# of record 405 623-1167 -Jeff Robinson's H#.
Hasn't been CEO since Feb 2014 PR. No info.
OTC yield-sign of Feb went to a stop-sign, Yahoo Finance has no info, no quarterly fin's since 6/3013 annual stm't filed.
I am not in AGDY and suggest y'all do deep DD
and pick up the damn phone to verify whatever you discover.
No way I touch this and if in, I'd dump AGDY as a tax loss item.
