ACTC, an ill-liquid NIGHTMARE! For the shorts, heh!!!

35M shares is a very tight door. IMO it's not enough shares.
If I were trading back and forth, I wouldn't buy and risk getting
stuck with something where the bids could dry up.

If I were short ACTC I'd be very worried. Heck, I'd be un-asleep
and out right panicked.
