First Contact with Cannabis Plant via Extraction of Cannabis Oil and Production of Cannabis Oil Cartridges

Since our inception as a public company in 2012, Terra Tech Corp. has always endeavored to become a company which works very closely with marijuana, including its cultivation, production and distribution.
We have worked tirelessly over the past few years and have carefully charted our course, navigating in a complicated politico-legal environment which presented a myriad of obstacles standing in our way of becoming a bona-fide marijuana company.
Over the past few weeks, in consultation with our Board of Directors, our legal representatives and various governmental agencies, we came to the conclusion that the time was finally right for us to make the first contact with the Cannabis plant. In doing so, we carefully weighed all of our options and developed a risk vs. benefit analysis in order to ensure that this historic decision was the right one for Terra Tech Corp. and all of its approximately 25,000 shareholders.
We are extremely excited about this singular momentous occasion and have accordingly made plans to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at our brand new 12,000 square foot Production Laboratory in Oakland, California on September 5, 2014 at 4:00PM EST. We invite all of our shareholders and interested members of the media to attend and celebrate this historic event with us.
Through the use of the Eden Labs Supercritical CO2 extractor, cannabis oil will be carefully extracted from the marijuana plant and undergo a comprehensive refining process, concluding with a meticulous examination, along with testing for potency, purity and contaminants. Thereafter, the refined cannabis oil will be deposited into cartridges and distributed to our network of over 400 medical marijuana dispensaries in California.
In the near future, we will provide an update on the number of cannabis oil cartridges we plan to sell in the month of October, along with additional information concerning cartridge pricing.
