At that time in early October 2013 the CT plan was for me and Bruce Cohen to be the third and fourth directors so I know exactly what was happening. The feeling was extreme optimism as everything was in place for Viropro to be very successful biosimilar company. This was an unmitigated catastrophe for Viropro retail investors and only explanation is Malaysian government did not want an Indian company running things.
