Whomever started the RS rumor is either seriously misinformed or no friend of the company, IMO. I've been away.

Non-employee BoD members still pay themselves egregiously.

But any new BoD would immediately sell the company for pps multiples and collect similar bonuses. BoD has been very, very lucky which should transfer to all employees and us shareholders.

I think we are through the 'lucky' stage. We survived.
