There ya go, that is a valid point and very true but they can still raise the AS to 10 Bil without share holders votes.

What they SHOULD do if they were smart is do a Forward Split.....

That is what companies do that want to increase the SS AND REWARD shareholders at the same time...

This would also boost share holder confidence that the company is doing well...
