Lets put it this way, no matter what developed country we are in , believe this or not, we are all tracked in more ways that we can imagine. This is not new news, or anything groundbreaking.

Hell just look at what google does with our phones. geolocation , which can be seen at anytime by anyone, and voice recognition coded into apps on phones, facial recognition since most apps installed automatically allow for turning on cameras and sound with or without your knowledge.

I'm not saying anything that many are already aware of , so yes, it's out there, and has been for a very long time.
