looks like VIIC wants to raise the AS to 10,000,000,000 if you don't think they will then you haven't been trading pinks very long....they already have 95% favor, they will raise the AS...that is never a good sign for a company who is supposed to have "millions" in contracts ??? links? proof?

If they did they wouldn't need to raise the AS to 10 BILLION.
