Not hard to find…. Of all places, I was even able to find some information on the LEI website (and countless other sources).

And I think you mean “pulsed”, not “pumped”.

The Daser uses the “MEAN Beam” ™ laser….GreenStar Laser in a simultaneously CW (continuous wave) and pulsed (modulated) mode. These operate at the 532 nm wavelength (GREEN) because, according the LEI’s own website, the color green is the furthest from both the UV and IR wavelengths and the human eye sees GREEN better than any other color.

The GreenStar class of lasers are diode pumped, solid state lasers.
