New stuff in the securities registration - any thoughts?

1. Under the Customers section: "Energy produced by the Downdraft Tower could provide low cost electricity to the power grid. The Company plans to ultimately build and operate wind energy plants..."

Initially I thought San Luis was just the proof of concept tower and SWET would have other developers do the hard work for any future sites where SWET would just get royalties. But the above statement is plural for plants.

2. Under the Customers section: "If the Company chooses to work through power brokers, it believes the potential exists to sell the environmental correct “green” power at a premium price being higher than conventional fuel sources."

I thought SWET was discounting power rate for first Tower to get customers. This looks like SWET may try to have higher rates in the future based on the discussion in this section about green energy. That means more profit.

3. Under the Markets section: "The Company is investigating the feasibility of locating a Downdraft Tower in California."

I haven't heard that before...Go SWET!
