MAAXXY, I am trying to keep in regular
contactwith Bob Hogarth about SGAE since
he is the major official worker on its
development. So far he has not indicated
that the important procedures that are
underway for the establishment
of SGAE's new business plans have
reached a satisfactory completion for startup.

I tried to contact him this morning
by phone buthe was not available.
I will continue to call him
for a discussion of SGAE's current
position and his forecast estimate of
when future improvement
developments will be completed.
