"I still lmao at those 2 press releases way back in 2006 claiming $1 BILLION in per annum revs enroute bwahahahahahahaha"

Doog... put this with the looooong list of other unrealized deceptive quotes from this CEO and why wouldn't one wonder if the "allegations" stated here wouldn't have some merit?? Strong allegations? Yes indeed.. but stop and lets look how personal this CEO has made things with the investors and shareholders he ended up conning. Private placement money, time and dedicated volunteering of shareholders , people doing his communicating ie "Avatars" lol here, his dire straights needed to attract funds to get his supply chain to ship the sauce. He made his bed... he played the dangerous "TRUST" card and burned those who drank the Kool-Aid. So..... is it any wonder why some may feel these allegations "might" have merit or some substance to them? It's these kinds of things that evolve when you do the kinds of things this CEO has done. Even if they are false... he creates the perception of belief. Perception in securities has huge truth and consequences to them.

The CEO knows he can play on the pied piper tactics because in pinkyland he knows the get rich quick... or its just around the corner card can be played and will be believed. I know this to be true because the very TOXIC DEATH SPIRAL FUNDING/FUNDERS he uses plays on this empty FLUFF stuff every day to dilute and make theirs.

So ... "allegations" right or wrong evolve out of people being duped and they to want retribution and some justice. If they are right... the law will take care of that... If wrong well... shouldn't the CEO also take note and ask himself... "what kind of perception have I created" ? Like it or not... Books are still judged by their covers.
