Shareholders of AlterNaturals, Inc. (ANAS):

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and share with you the role I will be
taking on as Chief Technology Officer of AlterNaturals, Inc.
Since 1996, I have been building successful Internet ventures both as an entrepreneur and
consultant. I have been featured by numerous media outlets and have often been called upon to
speak about methodology for building profitable online ventures. In my early years, The NY
Times called me "a highly sought-after guru" and shortly thereafter I was called upon to speak at
a symposium in Madison Square Garden about online businesses that survived the “dot bomb.”
My primary focus all along has been to build real business models on the Internet, rather than use
the kitschiness of the medium as a launching pad for hollow ventures. There is a very distinct
subculture that rules success on the Internet and understanding it is crucial to profiting within the
cybersphere. Being that I have spent my entire professional life in this space I have a very
Internet-centric view of business in general.
Where this comes into play for AlterNaturals is in the building of a viable affiliate marketing arm
for our products. There is no more efficient and cost effective a way to generate meaningful
sales than through a group of highly motivated Internet marketing experts. The means by which
a company builds relationships with these people is made up of two parts: First, knowing the
technology that they are comfortable working with and second, being able to lean on past
successes with them so there is a high level of confidence. My experience and track record with
these profit generating titans will allow AlterNaturals to tap into a sales force that it otherwise
would never have had access to.
I have looked at and am faced with numerous opportunities to build the next online success and,
although AlterNaturals is more than an Internet venture, the product line that AlterNaturals has
and the products in development moving forward are something that excite me. I know that I
can bring the affiliate marketing sphere to bear with a high level of enthusiasm and further my
own positive track record with them.
To current and prospective investors, I look forward to delivering good news to you as we
proceed along this journey and hope that you find yourselves being pleasantly surprised at the
good decision you’ve made.
