I talked to Fred yesterday about all the negative comments being made and he confirmed to me that all is as stated, that June 30 financials would be out in a couple of days and the stock would take care of itself as news was announce. Just saw this:

in Nevada.
The company is happy to report all claims including the new mid Nevada 31 claims
have been renewed at both the county and BLM for 2015. The renewals and
maintenance activity includes the gold and silver claims at Asset #26 Reveille, all 5 of
our stockpiled ore claims with recent assay results and purchase offer for said silver.
The stockpiled ore and the newest 31 placer mining claims have also been verified with
recent assay reports showing gold and silver.
The company and mining asset co-owners expect more sample work and assay results
this fall as decisions are made to move into production and positive cash flow.
