The shares issued was simply out of necessity to raise needed capital to get us to this point. I do not believe it is something we should be concerned with currently, unless another financing is necessary or PPS doesn't rise commensurate with milestone achievement.

Titan management had previously indicated that a $5 PPS by years end was their goal. When $4 PPS occurs and holds for a few months, we'll get up listed organically.
