Well said sometimes-right!...Notwithstanding the M/O of our current representative President, Mr. Makarov years ago also was a key representative of Elf Petroleum which low and behold also received a take over bid in late 1999 and was ultimately concluded in 2000...the suitor was Total! ;)
I would have to think he is more than capable of making the right decision here...And just 'perhaps' this was the plan all along?... ;)
