Kelso, USCoProducts = Taylor Moffitt, Carlos Febles, ...

...and THEY equal Inner Core Group which equals GreenRidge Capital (via joint venture)

As I mentioned this morning... here's more DD.

Vapobag, my2mustangs, burn and I have all noticed the Taylor Moffitt/Kelso Office Services connection before, but hadn't been able to quite close the Carlos connection:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=105363808

Since then, I've spent a little time looking into the connections of BOTH of the "mystery companies" that were given 1.499 Billion shares of RIGH each (just under 5% "reportable" threshold" as Vapobag astutely pointed out).

First, Kelso Office Services is listed in Iowa, and "Taylor Moffitt" is the registered agent:

Next, US CoProducts was organized by Carlos Febles, an organizer for Kelso Funding:

Now the link between Kelso/USCoProducts and Moffitt/Febles.

Both Taylor Moffitt and Carlos Febles are part of the management team of "Inner Core Group, PLC":

Inner Core Group, in turn, states that it intended to go public in Septenber, 2013 (but didn't), and that it is a joint venture with GreenRidge Capital:

Taylor Moffitt is a "Partner Managing Director" at Greenridge, as per LinkedIn (Membership needed, so no link provided- if you're a member, you can find the full bio)-

The Greenridge Capital site has a "pseudo-warning" page, IMHO to give the impression that one is getting in (OOOH) secretly via an omission in the screening process. But that's just me:

http://www.greenridgecapitalonline.com/

But you can get beyond that screen and judge for yourselves the nature of their involvement with RIGH. There's plenty to chew on for all.

As further background, some may have noticed that I posted inquiries on other boards, particularly to those who had experience in Taylor's personally-founded company- James Monroe Capital Corporation, then JMCP, now JMON.

Below are the inquiries and responses:

For a sampling of what was going on at JMCP (now JMON) in 2008, when Taylor was last involved, here are posts that mention him:

Finally- a close-up and personal video from Taylor, soliciting investors for his "Inner Core Group PLC" from a "select" group of investors (anyone with an Internet connection):

As I said- lots to chew on, particularly when you drill down on the Greenridge Capital site. (Better be quick- "website/Internet cleanups" are one of their services and I can't screen-print them all).

Best to all.
