Easy there killer.. Yeah I get it, even had to chew on it a bit myself at the time. It took me a while to get over my skepticism and see things for what they were. I'm not sure if you think you know something the rest of us don't when dropping that breadcrumb "That was the set up before the SEC got in the way". My long time personal evaluation of Reid has concluded that he's not the hand in the cookie jar kinda guy. I'm sure you also noticed that he could've converted every last one of those preferreds at his own discretion right? Well, he hasn't.. It's also my understanding that those he did, which he obtained legitimately, are still held by him. Fuzzy math works for some but as far as I'm concerned, if those shares aren't being traded, my shares haven't been diluted.

Now back to what you alluded to.. "That was the set up before the SEC got in the way"... Are you saying that WAS INDEED the cause of the halt? If not then is it your opinion that the SEC must've missed this miscarriage of justice? If not then what the company may or may not have owed him is a non-factor. Considering the microscope they've been under, they too must've concluded he wasn't issued anything more than what was owed to him. You can spin that anyway you like but those shares are still internally invested. To me that speaks volumes more than the name attached to them.
