Please excuse my ignorance. I'm a immigrant to this country. I've gone back and have read your posts. I used some of your post in making my decision to invest in Top Shelf.

I didn't find in any of your post any disclosure of a "Vineyard Deal" (to me it doesn't matter who's idea) and stock options. To me, if that was known, at least I was have.. what's the word.. weighted it to the value of what you were posting.

Do you believe now, you should have done such a disclosure?
