Hello, question about this company?

I know nothing about the company and I just found it with stock screener. It seems it went down from $1000 to $3.

So what's going on? Is it a fake low price coming from split, spin-off, or whatever calculation issue, or it's a real $3? I always buy low price stock but if it's a fake low price then it won't do. Thanks!
