There are no numbers from GZFX for anyone to go by. Chip says it was expected to grow by 2000 a month and that was before the CC announcement. If you only were to project each CC store at 4 subs per week, 1/2 of what they originally projected, you can easily come up with 100,000 subs by years end without doing one bit of exageration. In fact, being exceptionally conservative. This is from a previous post I have made on the subject. At that time, with 8 sales per week by CC stores I had came up with 171,000 by years end. No way it's going to come out lower than 100,000 unless our service is so bad we loose the subs by churn as fast as we get them.
Projection of 171,000 by year end
CC alone 132,000 + 12,000 we may have now + 27,000 ourselves.
Simply taking 8 X 4.3 weeks per month times the # of CC stores on line each month, and coming on line each month, the schedule generates 132,000 from CC alone. I assume we have 12,000 subs. right now.
After that the 627 CC stores should generate 21,568 monthly or 258,825 per year. (same 8 per week X 4.3 weeks per month X 627)
Now conservatively we if get 3,000 a month from a combination of AAFES, from the CC web-site which was not figured in the above, the CSTV outreach effort, and word of mouth, that is another 27,000 this year (9 months left).
Brings us to 171,000 subs by 12/31/06 and growth of at least 26,500 a month if CC stores keep up the 8 per week and we add about 3,000 ourselves. About 294,000 more each year. AND that is not factoring in any other acquistions or alliances.
