I just don't see the reason why they are waiting to do the RS, I just think some news is coming so this will be announced at the same time. What other reason would they be waiting for.

Money only gone when you sell. We could have been bankrupt and no one willing to fund us, now then your money would have been gone. Instead major shareholders stepped up gave us 1.2 million and we wiped off a significant amount of debt.

Someone thinks the company is worth investing in.
