Still laughing, this is a scam and I know Peter personally and the company first hand.

Please do not be deceived that those certs are worth anything...the underlying value and business of the company is issuing shares and no true economic business is in play. Peter, personally, and PV Enterprises, are besieged by legal troubles. He personally, and the Company, has an upcoming Summary Judgement ( no trial required) hearing scheduled in November for $200,000. A vendor of software from the ill-fated OSP disaster has filed a significant lawsuit and formal complaint to the SEC within the past month.

His former Controller has traced $1.8 million in unexplained off-shore bank transfers that Peter controlled and initiated.

Be forewarned, this is a scam and anyone not taking their losses and moving on is making a serious mistake.
