But a lot of "things" happened here behind the scenes for whatever political interests and we'll soon get to the bottom of it all for answers. You say the banks always win and we know why. Money is power or control of those "in" power. We now also know about the banks "contributions" to the mess and are having to pay restitutions.
For me it's more of an issue of not rewarding abuse of power...and that's my take on what happened. Shareholders, essentially the owners of FnF, didn't get a choice as to the course of action. So will never know...and 80% is too much too give a way for not having a vote.
