Umm, up until yesterday I had 400,000 shares for sale at .012.

It's about buyers and sellers. Nothing more. If someone wanted to pay .012 for my shares they would of sold.

So who's really in control?

Seems like this is the definition not whether it is legal or not or even up for debate. Yeesh. Get a grip people.
