If Nord accepts the buyout offer do we shareholders get to vote on it as it is a "Russian" stock? If they "buy" our shares do we in turn "buy back" shares in the new owners company if we think they are a bargain?

I hold stock in a Chinese company and it trades just as a US stock would but am just curious about Russian stocks.
