Boy fellas. It worries me when the company starts losing you two. You boys have been around forever and have hung tough. Here's the way I see it. The company is either producing these big revenues with potential to be over $50-60 million for the year (judging by the Q2 numbers), or they are lying. If they are not being honest, I'm willing to bet there will be multiple shareholders going after them hard core. I think the latest revenues are so large it would be difficult to defend deception with "creative accounting". Plus, the CEO has signed the financials claiming they are accurate. No one would be that dumb unless they plan to flee the country.
Also, the recent acquisitions appear to be legit. Research them a little and you would see these guys would not be likely to put their names with a phony company. That would put them at risk, as well. I can't imagine how many calls the SEC would be getting.
So, let's assume these revenues are real and there really is an audit going on. As soon as the audit is complete and reviewed by the SEC, the word will get out. We will either have a huge influx of new buyers, or the company will be made a substantial offer. There is no way the ownership would walk away from a huge offer, and if they did, we are doing better than we think. Either way, we win.
This company plays it very close to the vest as we all know. I think the key to everything is the audit. I believe most investors are still a little worried these numbers are too good to be true for a pink sheet stock. However, if they prove to be real, I believe we will all be tripping over ourselves to grab shares down here. So basically, I plan to let this play out a few more months. Let's see what news trickles out and what the Q3 numbers are. If nothing exciting happens, I don't think 6 years is in the cards for me. If the news is huge, I'm loading up even more.
