The constant OS talk here is overdone. The lower price is actually allowing for the dilution to be higher than necessary. If we were at 5 cents right now the dilution would be 1/5 the size that it is now and so on. So, the dilution criers and bashers are actually helping to fullfill what they are yelling about.
