According to SEC filings Mr. Ben Ward resigned officially from Sarissa in May 2014.

From SEC ( GPAY filing document SEC) filing :
"Mr. Ward was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sarissa Resources (OTCPK: SRSR) on September 19, 2013 and was also appointed as a Director of the Company at that time. Mr. Ward resigned his position as COO and as a Director of Sarissa Resources on May 12, 2014. "

I believe the SEC filing over a verbal IR / PR comment.
