My impression of Ed was that he's an introvert and I suspect he doesn't like or seek out the spotlight. When you're trying not to be seen or criticized, all sorts of reasons begin to make sense on why you don't need to communicate with shareholders. It doesn't make him a bad administrator, as I said before I think he's good operationally, but I no longer believe he's the right guy to be helming the public face of Praxsyn.

We need someone that understands the mechanics of value generation. How to position a company in terms of how a company attracts institutional money. Someone that will reach out and network, value their long-term investors (especially in this market) and not dismiss them out of hand. Someone that will place importance on Investor Relations. Someone that will hire an IR.

I think fundamentally, Ed is driving the company to success, and if they were still private, then nothing would need to change, however; as a company trading on the OTC, I think the management fails to recognize the fundamental differences of this market.

For better or worse, they need to play to the market in a planned, strategic manner. And I haven't seen a hint of this... This is the nature of the beast we trade on. It begins with communication.

There are no hedge funds, no Warren Buffets and Carl Icahns here to buy shares. Just retail.

Ed fails to see this.
