Are you kidding me? Volatile on what basis? This stock has been anything but volatile for quite a while now. It's been trading between about .04-.06. I agree it has been volatile in the past. If you look at the 5 year chart you will see that this is just above the all time low that has been tested multiple times. There's some strong support at this level and the proof is the accumulation that has been happening at these levels since July. We are set up to have a very strong second half of the year IMO.
