In fiscal 2014 Capstone manufactured and shipped 110MW or 671 microturbines. Today Capstone’s two manufacturing plants, located in California, have a combined production capacity of approximately 2,000 units per year, depending on product mix.

Management believes we can expand production capacity to approximately 4,000 units per year, depending on product mix, with approximately $10 to $15 million of capital expenditures. Based on today’s customer requirements, management has not committed to this plant expansion nor identified a source for its funding
