Believe me I know the tricks used, but where is IPCI executives play in this. They have turned a blind eye.
I don't count interviews on seeking alpha as legitimate PR.
So, my conclusion is that there is some behind the scenes deals to acquire cheap shares to make a 100% or greater gain for a few insiders.
