The R/S doesn't matter unless the Company cannot secure financing for the studioplex. Actually, the R/S will benefit shareholders if they secure financing. Now, if they cannot secure financing then the PPS will tank after R/S. If, the R/S took effect today the PPS would be .70. Now, I currently own 10M shares which would change to 10,000 shares valued at .70. My value would stay the same worth $7,000. The question is when will the R/S take effect? The company still has to file a PRE-14C for regulatory matters & FINRA/SEC has to approve the split. We could get major news before the R/S date which could launch the PPS higher which could then be trading in the dollars after R/S. The best interest of the Company would to be release major news like financing secured, new confirmed "Yellow" release date, production start date for RIP, upgrading off the grey market, etc. to build back up investor confidence. If the Company just does the R/S without any news I mentioned then it will tank faster than the titanic. GLTA
