Good point. But in answer to your question; stocks are generally forward looking in nature. If there is great promise and potential, the market will reward with a higher pps. Also if a stock is demonstrating growth it is rewarded with a higher pps. When there is confusion, lack of clarity and doubt the pps generally contracts. At the present moment the investors are experiencing lack of clarity thus no buying pressure to make it rise. However there are many of us longs that still feel the pps is not an accurate reflection of what lies ahead.
