A lot of what you're posting is true...but you're making a blanket statement not really knowing all facts. In fact how do you really know who's buying or selling these discounted shares? You're just assuming the company is selling and dumb trading retail players were buying. There has been blood in the water here lately and we really won't know for a while whether it was justified. If the 600K shares added recently were used for a good purpose...then in theory the value of company should be the same...but the price has dropped 60% in a couple of weeks. If they are still diluting...then the purpose should be disclosed.

An example of stock being discounted too much because of dilution is mine. They had 2.5 billion outstanding shares and the company said they were authorizing another 1 billion more. The price dropped over 50%. My last buy was $.0001 from the bottom and sellers just wanted out at all cost because the company was diluting...even though they did disclose their purpose. Today the price is almost 100% higher than that panic selling price. Sometimes we are too smart for our own good.:)

Believe it or not...there are real investors that look for panic selling even in penny land...to make a risky bet for the long term. TEMN could lose all or make a 10 bagger. Like I said yesterday the sentiment is as bad as you'll see on a message board. Keep digging...I'm going to bed.:)
